Rejoice bagel lovers with an addiction to caffeine, there is now a bagel that can deliver you both of your fixes.
Einstein Bros Bagel chain just launched the world's first caffeinated bagel on Thursday dubbed the "Espresso Buzz Bagel." The bagels each contain 32 milligrams of caffeine, which is about a third of the amount found in an eight-ounce cup of coffee.
Considering almost nobody drinks just an eight-ounce cup, and these only contain one third of the amount of caffeine as a cup, these bagels are pretty weak for a normal to heavy coffee drinker. Read more...
