Kellyanne Conway Obliterates Nancy Pelosi Like Never Before: ‘She Had Nothing To Say…’
White House counselor Kellyanne Conway slammed House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., on Sunday for her refusal to condemn a sexist joke made at Conway’s expense.
On March 1, at the Washington Press Club, Rep. Cedric Richmond, D-La., told a joke about a photo of Conway kneeling on a couch in that Oval Office that had caused a buzz on social media.

Some felt the informal pose showed a lack of decorum until it was later shown she was there to take a picture of President Donald Trump along with the presidents of historically black colleges and universities.
“I really just want to know what was going on there,” Richmond said at the dinner. “Because she really looked kind of familiar there in that position there. But don’t answer. And I don’t want you to refer back to the ’90s.”
The 1990s included the era of former President Bill Clinton, whose affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky included incidents that took place in the Oval Office.
Although Richmond’s comment caused a major furor, Pelosi last Sunday declined to condemn Richmond’s comments, saying she was “just finding out about this.”

Conway said Pelosi was being dishonest with her denial.
“The silence is deafening,” Conway said.
“I was very disappointed in her. She was either not telling the truth when she said she wasn’t aware of it, or it’s not important enough to her caucus that they would bring this to her attention and ask her, this person who says everyday, ‘This one should recuse. That one should resign. That one should go be impeached,’” Conway said.
“She had nothing to say about a Democratic congressman, a member of her caucus, issuing such a tasteless, sexist joke, which a lot of liberals in the room did not think was funny,” Conway said.

Conway made it clear there was no doubt in her mind that Pelosi’s lack of interest in condemning Richmond was because a conservative was the target of the joke.
“This is what happens when you refuse to call yourself a doctrinaire feminist,” Conway added.
